I don’t traditionally post reviews (I need to be better about shouting out people who do great work); however, I want to highly recommend Dr.Bradshaw and his team to anyone in the Knoxville area looking for a great dentist. I called ahead of my first appointment to share that I had some dental anxiety and make sure we’d be a good patient/doctor fit for one another. I was assured on the phone that they’d be extra considerate of my concerns and give me the grace I needed to have my dental work done at my own pace. This practice is top notch from the moment you walk into the office and throughout the entire process. The receptionists: warm, friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve never waited longer than 5 minutes before being seen. Alyssa, my hygienist, so kind, very knowledgeable and sincerely caring. Not only did she stop repeatedly to ask if I needed a break or any support, however she took vested interest in learning things about me and my family-side note: in my follow-up appointment weeks later, she remembered each of those details. She is top tier. Dr. Bradshaw made sure to show all of the photos and x-rays to me and talk in great detail about what he saw and his recommended process for dental care. I never felt like anyones agenda (other than my own) was being cared for. I never felt rushed out of the office for the next appointment. I never felt anxious. And, as much as I still don’t think the dentist is my favorite place to spend my free time, I’m extremely thankful I’ve found a dental office that genuinely cares about their patients. I’ve rambled long enough, but just wanted to leave a review because they truly deserve all of the business they can get. Well done, Heritage team!
I recently moved back to the area from out of state, and Dr. Bradshaw and his staff not only welcomed me back to the practice, but I had the unfortunate experience of breaking a crown just days after I arrived, and the staff immediately fit me into his busy schedule. During my visit, Dr. Bradshaw and his assistant Angela used cutting edge technology to skillfully and painlessly fit me with a temporary crown. He and his team are not only kind, but also efficient and supportive of each other. In this day and age, it’s difficult to find such a high level of customer service and patient care. Thank you.
Kaitlyn was very patient and professional. Informed me what she was doing and going to do. She put the information I gave together quickly and well organized. Dr. Bradshaw answered my questions and was not in a hurry. Felt to be listened. This was my first time experience at Heritage Family Dentistry. I just chose to do Invisalign with them. Cause I feel I can trust them. Will definitely update here after more visits. And the staff at the front desk are also nice and sweet.
I had the best first visit! Everyone was so kind and patient, especially my dental hygienist. I was made to feel very comfortable during the entire appointment, and I really appreciated the time everyone took to explain everything regarding my dental health.
This was my first time here, was recommended by my wife who had been there and also my daughter. Everyone was so nice and courteous. The exam was very thorough, and the doctor made recommendations, yet without pressure like some dental offices. I would definitely recommend this dental practice.
